Manufactured from cast stainless steel, pad eyes are fixed to the deck in the desired position for block or similar equipment attachment. Load direction should be as close as perpendicular with the base and parallel with the bail as possible to maximise the working load of the pad eye. It must be noted that performance of any pad eye is dependant upon fitness for the specific application.
