Solid 316 grade stainless steel construction available in mirror finish or gold titanium treated finish. Soft black PVC liner and neck flange to protect rods and reels. Multi-position articulation to set rods in desired fishing position. Also used in a multiple bank for rod storage. 5mm pin in base to align rods.
